Gillian Kelly - Career Coach and Award Winning Resume Writer As an experienced Outplacement Coach, with advanced credentials in resume writing and personal branding and multiple awards in the international ‘Toast of the Resume Industry’ Awards, Gillian ensures our clients have personal marketing documentation guaranteed to generate interviews.
Jenni Proctor, Career Coach Jenni Proctor combines a passion for career issues and Master of Career Development qualifications, with a strong background in management and education. Jenni’s clear communication and empathetic style assist her clients to define their issues and clarify their thoughts, facilitating their self-understanding and recognition of the career actions required to reach their goals. Jenni is a Fellow of the Career Development Association of Australia and is a committee member and immediate past President.of CDAA Qld. She is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Jenni has been honoured by receiving four Australian Career Service awards.
Lee Miles - Career Coach and Career Development Interventionist. Lee has worked in a range of industries including university and TAFE, community labour market sectors, transport and hospitality, defence and law enforcement, health care and, federal and state government agencies. Lee has academic qualifications in management, human resources and organisational change and has received recognition in her studies relating to career education and career development. She is also an accredited Extended DISC and HBDI practitioner. Lee is the Editor of the Australian Career Practitioner magazine; a Fellow of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and a past President of its WA Division. She is also a professional member of AHRI (Australian Human Resource Institute) and a member of Women on Boards and Women's Network Australia.
Karen Borgelt, Organisational & Personal Development Expert Karen Borgelt has more than twenty-five years experience delivering insightful training and consulting services to national and international clients. Educated in Australia and the USA, she has all but completed her PhD in Business, with an emphasis on leadership and management. What makes Karen different from others in her field is her ability to disseminate her wealth of knowledge of all things organisational in a way that is both personal and meaningful to each individual. As one of the country’s most experienced exponents of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Karen is passionate about helping individuals to become all that they can be and has worked with a people from Board level through to the frontlines .
Grant Mason, Change Leadership Specialist Grant Mason comes with an impressive list of experience with leading edge companies including General Electric, Rio Tinto, Suncorp and a number of leading EPCM contractors. Incorporating best practice in HR management and employee relations, Grant is an experienced facilitator in the Change Acceleration Process and has had over 15 years of practical experience implementing various organisational change programs. Grant is a skilled facilitator certified in HBDI, a trained mediator and experienced presenter. As part of our broader outplacement service Grant provides best practice change mangement advice, designs communication processes, trains leaders in "survivor" training and advises companies in how to lead in times of transition.
Adrian Kelly - Contemporary Interviewing Specialist Through his knowledge of behavioural interviewing, assessment centres and contemporary interviewing systems and innovations, Adrian has helped both applicants and employers alike in mastering the art of interviewing. Adrian has worked as a Training Consultant in Talent Selection Systems, HR and Change Management with leading organisations in FMCG, the resource sector, the finance sector, the construction sector, the health sector and the public sector. Adrian also works as a Private Interview Coach.
Cindy Hastings - Certified Advanced Resume Writer Cindy Hastings is a career transition specialist with extensive experience obtained over 20 years service in government, private and community based organisations in HR management, training and development, competency profiling, performance management, recruitment and selection, and employment consulting. She is also an internationally ‘Certified Advanced Resume Writer’.
Tracy Dryden, Client Liaison Manager Tracy is the glue that binds the team together at Outplacement Australia. With an unwavering smile Tracy handles the adminsitration and logistics of our national program and will go to any length to get our candidates the support they need when they need it!
